Under this contract, SpecPro created/updated the 9th MSC Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan (ISWMP), Integrated Cultural Resource Management Plan (ICRMP) and the Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures Plan (SPCCP) for 9th MSC facilities at the following locations:

- Vicente Dydasco USARC, Barrigada, Guam; SFC Minoru Kunieda USARC, Hilo, Hawaii
- 9th MSC Command, Fort Shafter Flats, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii
- PFC Kaoru Moto USARC, Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii; United States Army Garrison Japan, Zama, Japan
- Saipan USARC, Garapan, Saipan
- 658th Regional Support Group, Camp Humphreys, Pyongtaek, South Korea; and Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM), Washington.
Each plan included a summary of the regulatory requirements, basic management procedures, and site-specific appendices for each location.
